The animals and plants of ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK welcome you to join them from 9 March to 1 April 2018.
Mondays to Thursdays: 5pm – 10pm
Fridays to Sundays, school holidays, eve of public holidays and public holidays: 3pm – 10pm
Last admission is at 9:30pm.
Opening hours are subject to change by the organisers.
• Where is ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK located?
ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK is located at The Float at Marina Bay, 20 Raffles Ave, Singapore 039805.

• Will I be able to see the art structures clearly from outside ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK?
Yes you can see some of the larger animals from outside the ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK perimeter but we cannot guarantee completely unobstructed views of all the art installations. In addition, you will NOT be able to interact with the animals, e.g. bounce or walk on them, walk through them, experience a huge amazing slide, view the interior lightning, etc… Our Zoo-keepers at ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK love it when you get up close to the enclosures!
• What can we expect? Is it the same as last year’s Art-Zoo Inflatable Park?
There are over a dozen zoo animal enclosures (it’s a zoo of inflatables!) – from hippos to zebras to bears, you’re bound to find your favourite animal at ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK! For this year’s edition, there will be a completely NEW set of Art-Zoo animals, including Little Kong the giant baby gorilla as well as some mythical creatures! Be sure to head on down to find out which new animals will make their appearances.
• Are there any discounts for tickets?
Our animals are super excited to see you! To get the best deal and to secure your ticket to ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK, we recommend that you pre-book your tickets online. Group discounts are available for a group of 4, subject to availability. Discounts are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount. Management decision is final.
• What is included in the ticket price published on the website?
All ticket prices are inclusive of the prevailing rate of Goods & Services Tax but may exclude delivery or collection charges, depending on which options you choose. Additional charges will be listed in the terms and conditions of your booking platform.
• Are the tickets transferable?
Each purchased ticket may be used by a different patron. However, please note that tickets are non-transferable on the day of visit and is only valid for one day’s entry and/or the date specified on the ticket. Re-entry to ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK is not permitted.
• Can I purchase tickets onsite?
Yes, ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK tickets can be purchased at The Float at Marina Bay. However, do arrive early as once capacity is reached, there may be restrictions on entry and a hold on tickets sold.
• What if there is heavy rain during the event? Will I get a refund?
You get wet! Come rain or shine! We continue to run in light drizzle but for the safety of our animals and visitors, if lightning is present in the area, we will pause until it passes before continuing. ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK Management and its Zoo-keepers will keep you updated on the day.
In the event of inclement weather on any or all of the event days, the Event Organiser may close parts or all of ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK for that day, and if necessary, suspend admission. This is to ensure your safety and the safety of all guests at ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK. Some of our animals do not like the rain either. The event may resume on the same day when the sun shines again. Refunds will not be offered due to cancellation that is for reasons beyond the Event Organiser’s control.
Our ultimate aim is to keep you safe and to ensure that you have an awesome time!
• I saw a lower price on another website. Are the tickets valid?
The official ticketing agent for Art-Zoo Inflatable Park 2018 is KLOOK. Tickets may also be valid if they are purchased from our authorised resellers. However, do check that they are being sold by authorised resellers. Any ticket found to be obtained from an unauthorised source shall be immediately made void. Our authorised sales channels are:

• Are tickets sold by external parties or other websites valid?
Only ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK authorised ticket resellers are permitted to sell ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK 2018 tickets. Tickets sold by unauthorised resellers online or outside of the ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK will be void.
• What are the provisions for guests with limited mobility?
Wheelchair access will be available for ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK, hence, guests riding on wheelchairs will be able to experience the inflatable art structures up close. However, wheelchairs riding on inflatable surfaces are strictly prohibited. Do also take note that it can be difficult to maneuver the wheel chairs on the ‘fake turf’ surface. Guide dogs (nor any pets) are not permissible on the floating platform. For more information on wheelchair access and visually impaired facilities, please contact our guest services directly. • What should I bring?

• What should I wear?
Clothes! Yes, any type of clothes is suitable but do wear something comfortable for walking and possibly walking on a soft bouncy surface. Our animals at ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK are sensitive souls, and you will be required to REMOVE YOUR SHOES when bouncing on our inflatables, unless otherwise stated by the Art-Zoo Inflatable Park organisers.
• Will I be able to re-enter ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK if I leave?
Due to the expected volume of guest flow and the restricted capacity of the floating platform, there will be a NO RE-ENTRY policy. Please ensure that you use the restrooms before entering ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK and have any essential belongings that you may require with you at the time of entering.
• If my child is under 24 months, do I require a ticket? What is the price of a child ticket?
Children under 24 months can enter ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK at no charge with the purchase of one full ticket. Identification will be required to obtain a valid ticket and is subject to availability. Other charges within ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK may apply, for example, merchandise, bottled water. Standard ticket rates are the same for both children and adults.
• Where can I put my belongings?
There are no lockers or storage facilities at ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK. We recommend that you only bring items that are not loose, do not restrict movement and are secure. We want you to ultimately have fun! Your safety is our No.1 priority! Unattended items such as bags will be removed by security services and may be destroyed. ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK organisers and its affiliates accept no responsibility for theft, loss or damage of personal belongings on-site or off-site.
• Can I bring my camera?
You can bring a camera and/or any personal hand-held video or photography devices. However, you are responsible for your own belongings.
• Are there restrictions regarding age, height and weight?
In simple terms, relatively few. Almost everyone is welcome to enjoy the inflatables. For safety reasons, young ones need to be able to support themselves unaided and strollers are not permitted on the inflatables. Anyone less than 120kg and of any age (including ‘ah mahs’) will really have a fantastic time!
• Do I need to book in advance?
Our animals are only in Singapore for a short visit. To avoid disappointment and ensure that you get to meet them up-close and personal, it is advisable that your pre-book your tickets in advance. You may purchase from the box office but if you plan to come on the weekends, there may be capacity limits.
• I do not have a credit card, can I pay on-site?
No credit card? No issue! Tickets can be purchased on-site.
• Can I bring my own food?
Our Zoo-keepers feed the animals before you get to ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK so PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS as it may make them sick. The consumption of Food and Beverages (apart from water) are not permitted on the floating platform area at Marina Bay. There will be many food and beverage providers outside of ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK (along the tracks) but ONLY bottled water may be purchased inside ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK.
• Is ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK safe?
Yes. We comply to industry standards and amusement ride safety regulations for the design, operation and maintenance of all our activities. We also review and inspection all our activities on a strictly daily basis.
• How do I find out any other information?

• Where can I purchase a ticket?
Easy! You may purchase a ticket either online at artzooworld.com, or at the event itself (on-site) at The Float at Marina Bay.
• Are the tickets fixed dated or open dated?
Tickets are fixed dated and are only valid on the date you have selected.
• What browser is recommended for the optimum use of the website?
Uh-oh, an update may be required. It is recommended that you use the following browsers, Internet Explorer 10+, Firefox: 27+, Google Chrome: 34+ or Safari: 7+.
• How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Congratulations! You are one step closer to joining the fun, joy and laughter of ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK. After your successful online transaction, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address submitted during your booking. Please make sure that the email has not gone to your “Spam” or “Junk Mail” folder.
• How do I collect my tickets?
If you have purchased your ticket online, you may present your mobile voucher directly at the entrance of ART-ZOO INFLATABLE PARK. Alternatively, you may purchase your tickets at the box office on-site and you will be given a physical ticket for entry.
• What is the maximum number of tickets that I can purchase online?
There is no maximum number of tickets you can purchase online.
• Can I put a deposit for my online purchase?
Once your booking is confirmed, the full payment will be deducted.
• Can I make group bookings online?
Yes you may. You may contact email@example.com for bulk purchases/bookings enquiries.
• Is there a telephone number where I can contact you and book my tickets?

• What methods of payment are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard and CapitaLand Amex cards are accepted via all booking channels. Cash and NETS are also available at the venue box office.
• I cannot go to the event, can I get a refund?
No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction is confirmed.
• I accidentally booked my tickets for today instead of tomorrow, can you change the tickets?
The visit date cannot be changed once the ticket has been purchased.
• Can I change the dates for my online booking after booking is confirmed?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will not be able to change the date of the ticket.
• What happens if the event gets cancelled/postponed?
In the unlikely case of the event being cancelled or postponed the management will be in contact with you to keep you up to date with all the latest information. Any communications will be done via email or via our social media channels.
• I lost or damaged my ticket. Can I have it replaced?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to replace any lost or damaged tickets. As such, do ensure to take good care of them!
• Is there a booking fee?
Yes, there is a S$0.80 booking fee, which is included in the ticket price.

• Is there a need to provide my personal details when purchasing tickets?
Yes, it is important to provide your personal details so that we can assist you if you have questions about your booking or when we need to contact you for any changes or cancellation to the event.
• I am buying tickets for other friends. Do we have to enter together?
You have to enter together if you have purchased the tickets in the same booking. If you plan to enter the event site at different times, please make your bookings separately,
• I bought tickets for my friends, do I have to be present to redeem the voucher?
No, you only need to show the KLOOK voucher for redemption. Once a voucher has been redeemed, it will no longer be valid.
